Responsibilities and Tasks:


Set up the legal paperwork related to starting a new company.
Find the proper space for the company headquarters.
Find a proper accounting firm and secretary firms
Overlook daily tasks and manage the employees.


Requirements:


Proficiency in English.
Experience managing a team of any sort.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
Knowledge of PC Hardware components (e.g. knowing how to assemble a PC)
