Location: Maza Maza (Lagos Mainland)
Our client is a leading service provider in the import and export industry. We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Conduct financial analysis and forecasting
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and reporting
Assist with budget preparation and financial planning
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
Minimum 4 years of accounting experience, preferably in import/export
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Knowledge of international trade regulations is a plus
CPA, ICAN,ACCA or equivalent certification preferred.
