Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in inventory or store management, possess strong organizational and digital skills, and must reside in Abuja. She will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring accurate inventory records, and supporting workshop efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:


Receive, inspect, and properly store incoming automotive parts and supplies.
Maintain accurate inventory records using digital tools and inventory management software.
Issue materials and tools to technicians as required, keeping track of usage.
Conduct regular stock audits and report discrepancies promptly.
Monitor stock levels and prepare requisitions for reorders as needed.
Ensure proper labeling, storage conditions, and safety protocols within the store.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the store area.
Coordinate with suppliers and delivery personnel when necessary.
Provide periodic reports to management on inventory status and store activities.
Assist in tracking monthly usage of consumables like engine oil, filters, and brake pads.


Requirements:


Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Store Keeper or Inventory Officer.
Must reside in Abuja.
Tech-savvy: ability to use Excel, inventory management tools, and mobile apps.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Honest, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Preferably female.
