Job summary:

As a Retail floor assistant, you will provide excellent customer service, maintain a well-organised and fully stocked shelf. Support the overall store operations to ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.

Key responsibilities:


Monitor stock levels on the floor and promptly report shortages.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and arranging stocks.
Welcome, assist and guide customers to product locations.
Ensure shelves are neat, clean, and properly labelled.
Escalate customer complaints/product queries to the pharmacist.


Qualifications and Skills:


Minimum of an OND in pure and applied sciences or equivalent.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in pharmacy or retail is an advantage.
