The intern in Account Management will assist the team in performing client due diligence and onboarding and will support with day-to-day client interactions. This internship offers hands-on experience in client servicing, project coordination, and business development within a dynamic environment while providing exposure to compliance and risk management practices in a global financial environment.

 

Your responsibilities


- Assist in collecting and reviewing client documentation for KYC/AML compliance.

- Support the team in conducting Customer Due Diligence checks

- Collaborate with internal teams (Compliance, Legal, Operations) to resolve KYC-related issues

- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to successfully onboard new clients and existing clients onto new services

- Support account managers in managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service



 

Your profile


- You are engaged in studies focused on Finance, Business Administration or Legal, or demonstrated interest in working in the financial industry

- You have strong communication and interpersonal skills

- You have the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines and are problem-solving

- You have the willingness to learn and critical thinking abilities 

- You bring a strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- You are proficient in both written and spoken English and Spanish, Portuguese is a differentiator

- You are eligible to work in the US (visa, green card or US citizen)

Hourly Salary: $24
