JOB DESCRIPTION
• Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, and flight schedule enquiries • Check-in passengers, issue boarding passes, and handle baggage processing • Inform passengers of flight delays, cancellations, and gate changes • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and address their concerns • Assist passengers with special needs, including helping those needing wheelchair assistance • Make public announcements regarding flight activity at the gate or in the terminal • Provide exceptional customer service to passengers and address their concerns • Process and monitor upgrades and standby lists • Handle cash and credit transactions for ticket purchases and airline fees
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Diploma or higher • Experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to handle stressful situations and remain calm under pressure • Proficient in relevant computer applications and airline reservation systems • Excellent attention to detail
