Key Responsibilities:


Manage complex schedules, calendars, and meeting logistics
Draft internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations
Handle sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and discretion
Track and report on various strategic initiatives and projects
Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
Attend meetings on behalf of the CEO and follow up on action items
Maintain databases, records, and ensure proper document control
Provide timely updates and reminders to the CEO on priorities and deadlines.


Requirements:


Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences, Computer Science, Business Administration, Humanities, or related fields
Minimum of 6 years post-NYSC experience in a similar role (or relevant project management experience)
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
High level of professionalism, discipline, and discretion
