Recruit, train and retain a sales workforce of minimum 10 agents
Create leads, markets and sales channels for the sales team.
Ensure sales budgets are met on monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Ensure collection of all due premiums are done by respective agents
Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
Any other role as assigned by the agency manager
