The Consultant will provide overall communication, knowledge management, stakeholder management and media relations support to the Project and ensure coordination with the Project stakeholders for overall smooth delivery of the project.

Development and implementation of a Communications Strategy for Project.
Establish and implement effective internal and external communication practices, systems and products for the Project.
Support URC to undertake effective employee engagement and information sharing about the Project.
Ensuring media coverage of Projects activities to enhance program
visibility in coordination with the URCS Communication Manager
Leading document and report development for the Project including identification of success stories and other themes that can be used in communication campaigns. including developing reports, quality contents for graphics, artwork, business presentations, desktop and web-based publishing ensuring efficient and fast processing of Project communication matters and products.
