Brief Description        


The candidate will ensure accurate and timely billing collection and reconciliation of terminal handling and other revenues for proper accounting.


Detailed Description        

Principal Accountabilities (Responsibility)


Assess and generate import invoices to ensure correct changes are billed to maximize revenue.
Receive ICCD arrival notification copy and AWB copies and ensure compliance with customers’ regulatory procedures.
To provide efficient customer service by responding promptly to queries on tariffs and involving meeting customer expectations.
To control the use of accounting stationery to ensure cost reduction and minimal wastage.
Compute 3rd party changes collect to ensure accurate collection and accounting to customer airlines.
To maintain proper voucher records and reports for reference and accountability.
To verify and reconcile petty cash claims to ensure safety and correct usage.
To support the cargo and ramp operations by giving insights into new accounting procedures.


Job Requirements        

Qualification (Minimum)  


B’com Accounting or related business degree from a recognized University.
CPA II is an added advantage.
2 years’ relevant accounting experience in a commercial environment.
