The successful candidate will provide support and guidance to individuals facing personal, emotional, or psychological challenges, helping them navigate their issues, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being.

Conduct one-on-one or group counselling sessions to address clients’ needs.
Provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment for clients to share their concerns.
Assist clients in developing effective coping mechanisms and action plans.
Identify when clients may require additional resources or specialized care and provide appropriate referrals.
Maintain accurate and confidential client records following ethical guidelines.
Organize and participate in outreach programs, workshops, and mental health awareness activities.
Collaborate with other professionals and community stakeholders to support client care.
