Key Responsibilities:


Greet and assist customers warmly.
Guide customers with product information and purchase deci- sions.
Operate the POS system and handle various payment methods.
Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and promotions.
Maintain store cleanliness and attractive displays.
Monitor inventory and help receive and stock merchandise.
Ensure adherence to store policies and procedures.


Qualifications and Skills:


Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Accounts, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position. 
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficient in operating POS systems and handling transactions.
Attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
