CRVPF seeks to employ a Program coordinator that will spearhead the rollout of the coordinated programs approach activities. The Program coordinator will report to the executive Director and work hand in hand with the MEL and Program Coordinators.

Supporting the design, implementation and monitoring of the program activities in relation to the strategic objectives of the coordinated programs approach.
Facilitating communication between internal teams, external partners and stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations.
Coordinate the allocation of resources to support the coordinated program approach activities
Maintain accurate program documentation including reports presentation and meeting minutes for the coordinated program approach
Truck the performance of the program by providing regular updates of the program and identifying areas of improvement
Plan and manage logistics of the program events
Work collaboratively with external and internal teams to achieve the objectives of the coordinated program approach.
Support continuous learning and adaptation of new strategies to enable successful implementation of coordinated programs approach.
Support partners to identify the needs and utilize opportunities in the coordinated programs approach
Ensure there’s proper linkages and coordination of the programs
Support partners to ensure that elements of the coordinated program are incorporated in the design and implementation of the programs.
