Perform data entry and accurately input financial transactions into accounting software.
Process and manage invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Assist with the maintenance of financial databases and filing systems.
Reconcile bank accounts and other financial accounts.
Process payments and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Assist with the preparation and coordination of audits and other financial assessments.
Provide support to the finance team in other areas as required.
Coordinate tax remittance and compliance to tax laws as it relates to VAT, WHT, PAYE, CIT.
Collaborate in project operations designs and implementation
Analyzing budgets, financial planning, forecasting and reporting
Managing account records and preparing payroll documents
Preparing and reviewing financial information and updating financial spreadsheets or report with latest available date.
Proficient in reporting and updating of field activities on the organization project management application for progress and milestones tracking.
Coordinating and work closely with the manger, team lead and other member to achieve the set deliverables
Keeping detailed financial records of farm operations, contract farmers and input distribution.
Assisting with preparing budget for field operations, planning and management
Performed any other duties/responsibilities as may be assigned by the manager.
Tracking of our cost price (per plot, per crop, etc).
Monitoring and reporting of agriculture budget and agriculture sales.
