The Role:
As a Business Development Associate, you will be responsible for driving client acquisition and revenue growth. You'll identify potential clients, pitch our fulfilment services and convert leads into long-term business relationships
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and engage new prospects (e-commerce brands, importers, SMEs) • Pitch our warehousing, pick-pack and delivery services to potential clients • Schedule and attend meetings, demos and client presentations • Develop proposals and close service contracts • Follow up on leads through phone, email and in-person visits • Build and manage a pipeline of potential clients using a CRM • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth client onboarding • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Qualification Required & Experience
• Proven experience in B2B sales (logistics, fulfilment or Saas preferred) • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Ability to understand client needs and translate them into solutions • Self-motivated and target-driven with a result-oriented mindset • Comfortable with in-person sales • Basic understanding of e-commerce, import/export, or logistics is a plus
