The Case Management Worker provides high level technical expertise in the provision of quality individual child protection case management, psychosocial support, ensuring a beneficial impact in the lives of at-risk children and youth as a result of PIU’s project

Ensure that children who have been harmed or who are at risk are identified and that plans for providing appropriate support are developed:
Work collaboratively with the rest of the Programme Area team to conduct Community mobilisation, Community Awareness and public community dialogues
Organise, coordinate and resource, community sensitization on case management services
Work with community-based leaders (e.g. refugee welfare committees, Child Protection Committees (CPCs), block leaders) and host community para-social workers, to receive referral on at-risk children
Conduct Best Interest Assessment (BIA) and identify the needs of identified at-risk children.
Conduct Best Interest Determination and present them to the BID panels for durable solutions.
Identify, document and report all vulnerable at-risk children in the designated communities / settlements
