Minimum Requirements


Grade 12 (Matric).
Basic Carpentry training/competency.
1-2 years’ experience in a carpentry workshop/ environment.


Primary Duties


Provide Carpenter with tools and equipment as well as assisting in manufacturing of wooden products.
Assist with excavation shoring, the shoring of pipeline trenches, loading and off-loading of material and equipment.
Preparation of work area/surfaces, cleaning of tools and equipment as well as the area where work is performed.
Cleaning of workshops and workshop machinery and tools of artisans as well as general housekeeping duties.
