IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:


Lead and manage end-to end project delivery, including project planning, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management.
Utilize agile principles and methodologies to facilitate iterative development, frequent feedback, and continuous improvement.
Define project goals, scope and successful criteria, while monitoring and reporting progress to line management.
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Conduct regular project meetings, manage communication channels, and provide timely updates regarding project status, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Drive engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle, fostering a collaborative approach.
Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements.
Track project costs in order to meet budget.
Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.


Required:


Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical & Electronics Engineering or a related field with 4-5 years of progressive technical project management experience.
Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
Experience seeing projects through the full lifecycle.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
