Job Summary

As the personal assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, ensuring smooth operation and efficient time management. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, coordinating meetings, and performing various tasks to support the CEO professionally and on time.

Responsibilities

 


Assist with organizing and maintaining business records and documents.
Maintain and restock inventory of products and supplies used in the med spa.
Help with scheduling and coordinating staff shifts.
Organize and coordinate special events, meetings, and gatherings, both for the med spa and the CEO.
Assist with organizing and maintaining business records and documents.
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations as needed.


Requirements


BSC is required.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a fast-paced environment or Spa setting.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate the needs of the CEO.
