We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Agronomist Extension Officer to join our team.

Work with farmers to provide agronomic support and technical guidance on best practices in crop management.
Conduct field visits and provide training to farmers on pest and disease control, soil management, water management, and other aspects of crop production.
Guide and manage harvests of crops including chillies, eggplants and hass avocado
Develop and implement extension programs and demonstration plots to showcase best practices and new technologies to farmers.
Collect data on crop performance and provide regular reports to management.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure that crop production meets quality standards and customer requirements.
