Prepare accurate cost estimates, bills of quantities, and tender documents.
Manage and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and value for money.
Oversee contract negotiations, valuations, and payments.
Provide detailed financial advice and cost control throughout project lifecycle.
Conduct risk analysis and advise on procurement strategies.
Mentor and supervise junior quantity surveyors and project staff.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, codes, and standards.


REQUIREMENTS


B.Sc./M.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or related field.
Minimum of 15 years’ professional experience with at least 5 years in a senior role.
Membership/Chartered status with NIQS, QSRBN, and any other equivalent professional body.
Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC, JCT, etc.).
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficiency in QS software and MS Office suite.
