Im looking for a managerial position in the agricultural industry.
My experience : i have worked at florensis kenya limited as a production supervisor handling all farm practices that include planting, maintenance, ipm and harvesting . I have also worked at rainforest farm lands as an intern handling production and data management, currently im working at vegpro kenya limitec as a Quality Assurance Supervisor and with this position, i get to attain knowledge of ensuring that outsourced raw materials are of good quality before being processed into the customers reuirements. Also, ensuring very high levels of hygiene maintenance are met to avoid contaminations and to achieve all these, there are set procedures that include ppes, hand wash, sanitisation of stations and tools to be used, HACCP etc. Also keeping records for proper traceability.
