Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Support Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for desktop operations, system administration, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT support for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:


Provide computer administration and maintenance support.
Manage and maintain printers, networks, and related infrastructure.
Perform basic and advanced network troubleshooting.
Set up, configure, and maintain servers, routers, and switches.
Configure switches and ensure stable network performance.
Draft and maintain SOPs, documentation, and technical manuals.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with team members and provide technical guidance to staff.
Support, maintain, and troubleshoot MESS system operations.


Qualifications & Requirements:


Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in desktop operations and maintenance.
Must have hands-on experience with MESS system.
Proficiency in computer and printer administration and maintenance.
Strong understanding of network basics, TCP/IP protocols, and routing & switching knowledge.
Familiarity with server setup, maintenance, and switch configuration.
Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
Ability to prepare SOPs and follow structured IT procedures.
