JOB DESCRIPTION
• Welcoming passengers on board and directing them to their seats • Informing passengers about the aircraft’s safety procedures and ensuring that they are followed • Delivering high-quality customer service and attending to passengers’ needs, including serving meals and drinks • Checking the cabin before take-off and landing to ensure compliance with safety regulations • Managing in-flight sales of duty-free products • Assisting passengers in stowing carry-on luggage safely • Dealing with emergencies and providing first aid if necessary Helping passengers to disembark the aircraft safely at the end of a flight • Completing paperwork, including writing flight reports
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• 2 years work experience • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus • Basic skills in MS Office • Customer service experience • Training in emergency response and safety procedures • Diploma or higher
