Haven City Realtors, the real estate services arm of Decor City Nigeria is hiring a Client Account Manager to drive client relationships, manage property transactions, and coordinate between property owners, investors, and tenants.

This is a client-facing role that combines sales, marketing, and relationship management. You will work closely with developers, landlords, and investors to ensure seamless property sales, rentals, and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities


Manage leads and convert inquiries into active clients.
Follow up with clients across multiple communication channels.
Coordinate property viewings, sales, and rental closures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with developers and investors.
Collaborate with marketing to improve campaigns and lead generation.
Track and report weekly performance metrics.


Requirements


Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate or sales.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
Organized, proactive, and self-driven.
Good understanding of property sales, rentals, and marketing.
Familiarity with CRM tools and WhatsApp Business is an added advantage.
