Do you enjoy helping people solve technical issues and want to be part of an innovative, international company? At Camco, we’re looking for a motivated Support Specialist to join our growing team. You’ll work with customers around the world, tackle real technical challenges, and make a direct impact — every single day.What your role looks like
After a comprehensive internal training, you’ll join our Support Team, providing high-quality technical support to our international client base.
- You will be the first point of contact for terminal operators, technicians and maintenance staff around the world — via phone and email.

- You will handle technical inquiries, provide accurate solutions, and escalate internally when needed.

- You follow up on customer questions in a structured, timely and professional way.

- You’re not afraid to ask questions — you know how to dig deeper to really understand the issue.

- When you can’t solve a problem right away, you coordinate internally and make sure the customer stays informed. You take ownership of each case until it's resolved.

- You work closely with our service technicians and collaborate to find the best solutions.

- You will work late shift

- You alternate between two work weeks:
- Week 1: Monday to Friday

- Week 2: Sunday to Thursday









Your profile


- You have a degree or relevant experience in IT or technical support

- You speak and write English fluently

- You’re customer-focused, communicative, and results-oriented

- You’re organized, proactive, and able to manage priorities

- You enjoy solving problems and learning new things along the way
