Our client in the Construction Industry requires a dynamic and experienced Head of QA/QC & Planning to lead the development and implementation of robust quality management and planning systems across our construction sites.
This position is NOT for Ghanaian candidates. Expatriate ONLY.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee company-wide QA/QC systems from site installation to handover. • Lead project planning efforts to track progress, flag delays, and drive performance. • Provide regular project reports to the CEO and collaborate closely with the CFO and Head of Construction. • Manage and mentor the QA/QC team across multiple sites. • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to uphold quality and compliance.
Qualification Required & Experience
• At least 10 years Construction work experience in QAQC & Planning • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Familiarity with project management tools and quality standards.
