Submit daily production (including commercial & scrap /attendance/maintenance reports for the entire machines to management.
Provide machine care and maintenance for all the machines.
Ensure proper communication with respective department heads & execution of instruction, requisition and ensuring proper use of raw materials, manpower and consumables.
Support management on anticipated equipment failures.
Give technical support during the maintenance of machines.
Ensure quality of finished products.
Organize, lead and supervise the activities of the staff under the job title holder.
Maintain discipline of manpower in all the sections.
Ensure safety at the workplace at all times.
