Responsibilities

Develop and manage the content strategy for Browns Food Co. on all social media platforms
Ensure content calendar covers core segments on all brands
Manage all social media content production and scheduling- reels, videos, still images, promotional flyers
Cover all brand areas such as farmer CSR, recipes, classroom, production shots, seasonal specials etc.
Ensure quarterly partnerships with relevant content creators and influencers
Coordinate the right partners to co-create content (category managers, experience managers, creative agencies, photographers, videographers, external partners
Develop briefs for internal partners (content committee) or external partners (creative agencies, photographers, videographers and influencers), follow execution
Train content committee so that they create fresh content to feed your strategy
Develop and action the marketing strategy after the quarterly brainstorm with the team
Set up social media campaign objectives and KPIs, and Page Objectives per quarter.
Analyze and report ROI and all relevant data in order to optimize engagement and lead to sale
Proactively identify advertising and PR digital opportunities that align with the hotel brand, and present these to the team for discussion and action
Analyze competition, industry trends and influencers actions on social media
Community management and reporting any negative comments, posts and DMs to the GM.
Digital advertising strategy to answer the marketing objective of increasing the direct sale by 20% within the next 12 months
Digital showcase and omnichannel ecosystem aiming to build our brand awareness and value and lead to sale (at OTA or direct)
Management of all relevant advertising campaign to reach our business and marketing objectives
Create B to B newsletter to keep chefs educated and informed
Assist in retail brand designs for promotional material such as postcards.
Design retail outlets fresh adverts.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications. Diploma is considerable with the right experience and digital certifications like ISA, Google certifications.
4-5years of experience with proven success /portfolio- digital agency experience is a plus.
Google certifications a plus

Able to do basic video and photo content yourself for Instagram reels.
SEO & SEM and SEA Mastery
Social Media Management Skills including content marketing Expertise
Email Marketing Guru and a Mobile Marketing knowledge
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) knowledge
Familiarity with various digital marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics.
Leadership and agency management skills, with experience in briefing, managing influencers and digital agencies
A team Player and great collaborator
