Customer Engagement: Provide accurate and timely information to assist customers throughout the purchasing process
Order Processing: Keep customers informed about the status of their orders, ensuring transparency and satisfaction.
Issue Resolution: Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our product offerings to provide informed recommendations
Sales Support: Respond to requests for quotations and provide necessary information to facilitate sales


MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS


At least a B- Minus in KCSE/ High school.
At least a college certificate/ diploma.


SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS


Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
