Rontar is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for managing organizational sales by developing business plans, meeting planned goals, and coordinating with our marketing department.

Key responsibilities:
Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Creating and executing a strategic sales plan that expands customer base
Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports to the management team
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

Requirements:
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager at least for 5 years
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Ability to develop budgets and sales strategies
Working with a sales team to meet a company’s annual sales target
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong supervisory and leadership skills
