Responsibilities


Supervising and motivating of subordinates
Ensuring the plant is fully maintained to minimise plant downtime.
Planning and executing preventative maintenance programs in respect of plant and property.
Ensuring the OHS Act and Safety procedure are adequately maintained according to Company standards.
Ensures that the general maintenance and repairs are completed timeously and in accordance to set procedures.
Sourcing and requesting maintenance spares required for the workshop.
Maintaining accurate reporting of production and stock, participating in regular audits
Maintaining of high-quality standards and procedures to meet customer satisfaction.
Carries out all tasks as designated by his immediate line manager.


Qualifications


Essential: Millwright
Recommended: Electrical with Mechanical and Robotics Experience
