Responsibilities


Handle customer inquiries and provide support via telephone.
Coordinate contract management processes and monitor compliance.
Experience in front desk or customer service roles.
Understanding of customer service principles and telephone etiquette
Keep detailed records of customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken.
Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction and complaints.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any further concerns.
Act as a liaison between the customer and other departments.


Requirements


Interested candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience.
