Oversee planning, execution, and monitoring of learning programs under the Hi-Innovator initiative.
Develop and implement training content aligned with program goals.
Identify groups and individuals for training engagement.
Support participants to ensure course completion.
Coordinate with partners, trainers, and stakeholders to enhance learning.
Participate in training to improve skills and product knowledge.
Track program outcomes, milestones, and metrics.
Write progress and ad hoc reports.
