Responsibilities


Maintain system efficiency
Ensure system design allows all components to work together properly
Make recommendations for upgrades
Evaluate and modify system performance
Three to four years of system administration experience or desktop/server support experience
Should have good aptitude for troubleshooting desktop and server related issues
Should have workable knowledge of Windows 2008/2012 Server Technologies
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical problems independently as well as in collaboration with a team
A strong work ethic and a positive attitude
Ability to self-motivate and work in a small-team environment
Microsoft Certifications MCP / MCSA / MCSE (added advantage)
Must know Networking/Switching/Access Point/Router

Qualifications
