JOB DESCRIPTION
• Greeting customers, answering questions about their accounts and company’s services, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. • Counting and balancing cash in their drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, verifying currency, • Informing customers about different types of company’s, services, and credit products to identify cross-selling opportunities. • Assisting with opening and closing accounts, as well as performing other account-related services. • Keep periodic numbers of transactions and balance sheets of amounts • Compile non-monetary records and reports • Monitor checkout stations • Receive and count daily inventories of cash • Receive payment by cheque, credit cards or cash
Skills and Qualification
• Strong customer service, cash handling, and organizational skills • Attention to detail. • Build positive relationships with customers and collaborate effectively with the team. • HND or diploma • 2+ years work experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Good interpersonal skills.
