Key Responsibilities:


Lead and manage the promoter team for optimal performance
Conduct stock verification and ensure inventory accuracy
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Organize weekly trainings and recommend products based on insights
Serve as cashier when needed
Ensure smooth opening and closing of the shop


Requirements:


Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field
Minimum 1 year of experience in retail or store operations
At least 6 months to 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role
