I Worked with Chol on a number of humanitarian health Projects in the South Sudan. I found Chol to be very hard working, honest and reliable. Chol developed good relationships with co workers. Chol was a good networker and proactive with completing tasks. Chol demonstrates leadership skills and is also able to complete assignments/ large projects well without supervision.
