Requirement: Candidate must have BSc in Microbiology with at least one year experience
DUTIES/FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
1) managing laboratories.
2) recording, analysing and interpreting data.
3) keeping up-to-date with scientific and research developments; ensuring that data is recorded accurately in accordance to guidelines.
4) planning and carrying out trials
observing high health and safety standards
inspecting food and drink manufacturing processes to check for possible contamination
5) developing new pharmaceutical products, vaccines, medicines and compounds such as antiseptics
6) collecting samples from a variety of locations
