Key Responsibilities


Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives
Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes
Oversee performance management systems, including reviews and KPIs
Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture
Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and internal HR policies
Support leadership in organizational development and change management initiatives
Lead training, employee engagement, and retention strategies
Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures


What We’re Looking For


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
CHRP certification is a strong advantage
Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 in a managerial role
In-depth knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
Proven ability to lead and influence across all levels of the organization
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality
