Operational Responsibilities / Tasks

Driving the vehicle as authorized;
Carrying out minor mechanical adjustments;
Recognizing and reporting abnormal operation of the vehicle parts;
Ensuring security and safety of the vehicle on and off the road;
Ensuring safety of passengers and/or goods therein;
Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle; and
Maintaining work tickets for vehicles assigned to him/her
Recognizing and reporting abnormal operation of the vehicle parts;
Administering first aid whenever possible 
Timely filling of hand over template to the administration officer

Responsibility for Physical Assets

Job Competencies (Knowledge, Experience and Attributes / Skills). 
Academic qualifications 

At least a mean grade of C- in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary

Education;

Other requirements

the Occupational Trade Test II Certificate;
a Certificate of Good Conduct (renewable after two (2) years);
a First Aid Certificate course lasting not less than one (1) week from St. Johns Ambulance or any other recognized institution; 

Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies

A valid driving license free from any current endorsement(s) for class (es) of vehicle (s) an officer is required to drive.
Previous relevant work experience required.
