Main functions will include but is not limited to:

 Manage production output, safety, quality and efficiencies
 Manage, plan and control of work centres
 Manage and monitor board stock and Raw Material Warehouse
 Validate the Master Production Schedule to award accurate lead times
 Achieve agreed standards of product quality
 Prepare and adhere to departmental budget
 Maintain good housekeeping standard
 Analysis of quality control information provided and initiate corrective action plans as required

Minimum qualifications and experience:

 Diploma/Degree in Wood Technology and/or relevant qualification or
 Diploma in Production Management / Engineering or Operations Management
 10 Years Manufacturing experience with 5 years in a supervisory position
