Design and implement the entire finance function for a growing company in Ukrainian E-Com. One of the significant top management roles. Direct communication with CEO, founder, and shareholders. Daily collaboration with special situation CFO on strategy and growth issues.
Key Objectives
- Cutting-edge soft, automation, and visualization in the finance functions.
- Hiring bright team members for all streams: Management accounts, Budgeting, Treasury, IFRS, statutory accounts, and taxation.
- Transition of existing finance process into a newly designed function.

- Create best-on-the-market financial data reporting.
- Set to the team the company's best practices and permanent improvement.

Requirements
- Five or more years of experience at Big4 and in a Management role.
- ACCA qualified
- CFA is a plus.
- English advanced level.
- Excellent leadership skills, with steadfast resolve and personal integrity
- Exceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skills
- International finance experience is a plus.
