JOB DESCRIPTION
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member • Organize and maintain electronic and physical files in an efficient and confidential manner • Schedule appointments, meetings and travel arrangements • Type correspondence, reports and other documents as needed • Receive and distribute mail, packages and deliveries • Provide general office support to the team as needed • Handle confidential information in a professional manner • Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
• Experience in an administrative or secretarial role. • Proficiency in office software such as MS Office. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time management abilities. • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. • Ability to multitask and prioritize work. • Customer service orientation. • HND or higher
