Requirement:


Bachelor's degree in Analytical Chemistry,Production Engineering or a related field
Minimum of 5 years in a managerial position.
Aged 30 years and above
Must Have experience working in a plastic manufacturing company.
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams
Proficiency in in both English and Swahili languages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
