We seek a passionate, detail-oriented specialist who can monitor internal control systems and make necessary modifications that affect the hotel’s bottom line by focusing on profitability. You will be in charge of payroll processing, monthly forecasting, reconciling general ledger accounts, and creating an annual budget, EFRIS management. Our ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in finance and at least three years of management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry. Review the daily revenue activity list to ensure accountability, reconcile general ledger accounts, review any account discrepancies, and make corrections
Manage all phases of accounts payable invoicing, as well as manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable
Analyze all statements, balance sheets, income, and expense accounts to guarantee accuracy and recommend adjustments that would increase profitability
Support the daily accounting operations with the creation of monthly forecasts and annual budgets
Conduct monthly payroll audits and issue paychecks
