THE JOB


As the Sales and Marketing Officer, you will lead business growth initiatives targeting recruitment, HR outsourcing and Training Services in the African Region


MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Participate in digital and social media activities
Develop relevant training materials for online and digital marketing including flyers, videos etc
Send out cold emails
Carry out online research on potential clients
Look out for tenders and requests for proposals and process the same
Prepare business proposals and follow them through
Lead generation


QUALIFICATIONS

We are targeting candidates with the following qualifications.


Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration graduated with a Second Class Upper Division. 
Experience working with a HR agency offering recruitment or training services is an added advantage
