Job Summary: 

As an Administrative Officer, you will act as the point of contact for all staff, clients and visitors, providing administrative and clerical support while overseeing the management of the day-to-day office operations.

Duties and Responsibilities


Greeting visitors, handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, letters, packages, phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members. 
Order office supplies stock, manage inventory, place orders and ensuring office equipment is maintained and functional. 
Maintain and update company databases as needed
Organize an accurate filing systems, both physical and electronic, for important and confidential company documents ensuring documents are readily accessible. 
Effectively communicating with colleagues at all levels and clients, both verbally and in writing, to ensure smooth operations 
Update office policies as needed
Prepare meeting agendas, taking minutes, distributing action items, and following up on decisions made in meetings. 
Prepare reports, compiling data and presentations with statistical data, as assigned (e.g. expenses and office budgets) 
Manage in-house and external events by scheduling meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, tickets, booking conference rooms, accommodations, managing calendars and expense reports for team members.
Assisting with project planning, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met for smaller projects. 
Perform every other duties as assigned

Employment Type/ Working Conditions


Full-Time Position.
Monday – Saturday (6days a week)
Resumption Time: 8am – 5pm
Location: Abule-Egba and Ikeja


Language Requirement: Fluency in English plus any other language (Yoruba, Igbo, or Hausa preferred)
