As we expand our mission of delivering excellence in patient care, we are looking for a dynamic and committed Medical Officer In-Charge to lead clinical operations at our new branch.

Key Responsibilities


Provide overall clinical leadership and oversight of the hospital's day-to-day medical operations.
Ensure delivery of high-quality, evidence-based patient care across all departments.
Supervise medical staff and support teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professionalism.
Oversee adherence to healthcare policies, clinical protocols, quality management systems and regulatory standards.
Coordinate with administration on service delivery, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
Lead community health initiatives and represent the hospital in medical stakeholder forums in the region.


Qualifications & Requirements


Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB) from a recognized institution.
At least 2 years post-internship experience in a busy clinical setting.
Fully registered and licensed by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC).
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is an added advantage.
Strong clinical decision-making, communication, and organizational skills.
High levels of integrity, empathy, and a patient-centered approach to care.
