Identify and onboard new businesses as Moniepoint customers
Educate customers on Moniepoint products and services
Provide support to existing customers and resolve complaints
Drive transaction growth and ensure customer satisfaction


Requirements


Experience in sales, marketing, or financial services is an advantage
Strong communication and customer service skills
